Design Program - Directs design improvement activity. Committee meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at noon.
Promotions/Events - Directs retail promotions, events and downtown image improvements.  Committee meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 8:00 a.m.
Business Enhancement - Works to strengthen downtown businesses and recruit additional businesses.  Committee meets the 4th Wednesday of each month at 8:00 a.m.
Organization of Program - Assists in the budgeting process, conducts annual membership drive, and assists to coordinate the newsletters.
