Emporia Main Street (3)

Founded in 1857, Downtown Emporia has a quite a history. Take a tour by flashlight of some of downtown's lesser known or normally off-limits spaces and get into the Halloween Spirit.

Snag a ticket for $10 for an opportunity to visit 5 spooky locations in downtown Emporia. Please note this is NOT a haunted house. This event is an opportunity to tour historic locations with a spooky history.

Tours will be conducted differently this year. Because of the success of the event, we decided to limit the number of tickets each night so we can provide a better experience for the ticket holder (less wait times). There are 80 tickets available for Friday and Saturday. There are 5 groups of 16 ticket holders. Each group will have a leader for the night that will take them to each location for the tour.  Each tour is about 15 minutes. Groups will be walking from location to location and there will be stairs. Please bring a flashlight and wear comfortable shoes.

All ticket holders must meet at Emporia Main Street (727 Commercial Street) at 8:30 pm  before the first tour starts at 9pm. This will allow for us to get groups together and give last minute instructions.
